All Sales of digital media, including but not limited to, WAV/MP3 Files and Images are Final.

all Ticket sales are final.

All sales of services already rendered are final and will not be refunded.

Events cancelled by the client or venue within 14 calendar days of the performance date will require the satisfaction of the invoice and are ineligible for refunds. Please reach out beforehand for a potential alternative solution.

Sales of Merchandise, including but not limited to, apparel and Compact disks, may be refunded within 30 days of purchase solely on the condition that it was damaged in production or delivery.
